Information you choose to share
The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, project type, and project location, such as a city or neighborhood. You can also add a description of your ideas. If you contact Brelyx by email or phone, you may share additional information during that conversation.
Please include only information relevant to your inquiry. The form does not ask for payment details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal records.
How your inquiry reaches us
When you choose “Continue to email,” the website prepares a draft for review. Choose “Open email draft” to open it in your email app, where you can review and send it. Preparing or copying a draft does not send it to Brelyx.
When “Send inquiry” is available, submitting the form sends your details through our email delivery provider, Resend, to contact@brelyx.com. Your email address is included so we can reply directly to you. Direct submission is available only when the delivery service has been connected.
Information entered into the form is held in the current page while you complete it. Your name, email, location, and message are not added to the website’s address or saved as a draft in browser storage.
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to you, understand your project, discuss possible services, and coordinate appropriate next steps. Website and delivery information is also used to operate the contact tools and reduce spam or misuse.
Submitting this form does not enroll you in a website marketing subscription. The form does not send your inquiry to advertising networks.
Project Studio choices
The Project Studio lets you explore design concepts and select project preferences. It does not request camera access or accept property-photo uploads.
Your choices stay in the open page and clear when you close or reload the studio. They are not saved in browser storage or the website database.
Choosing “Discuss this direction” prepares an editable inquiry using your selected service, design reference, and planning preferences. Inquiry details reach Brelyx only if you submit the form or send the prepared email, as described above.
Website and email service providers
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting, security, and any platform sign-in services may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser details, request times, and access logs.
When direct inquiry delivery is enabled, Resend processes the submitted message to deliver it to Brelyx’s inbox. Email messages are also handled by the providers serving the sender’s and recipient’s mailboxes. Providers may retain service records according to their own policies and settings.

Browser features, maps, and spam prevention
The current website does not include Brelyx-added analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or embedded social-media feeds. Hosting or sign-in services may use cookies or similar technologies needed to provide their services. Your browser settings let you manage cookies.
The interactive maps use geographic data included with the website. They do not request your device’s location. A selected service category may appear in the page address and your browser history. The “Copy inquiry” option writes a draft to your clipboard only when you choose it.
For direct submissions, abuse-prevention checks use your email address and the network IP address provided by our hosting service. Before storage, the site converts those values into keyed, one-way identifiers. Its site database stores only those identifiers, counters, and expiration times for this check; it does not store readable email or IP values, your name, location, or message there. Counters stop affecting submissions when their short limit windows end. Expired rows are removed as later form requests trigger cleanup. Cloudflare’s database recovery systems may retain earlier database states for the provider’s applicable recovery period.
Correspondence, retention, and your choices
Messages you send become correspondence in Brelyx’s email systems. Copies may also remain with email and hosting providers under their own retention practices. The website does not maintain a separate database of inquiry messages; its site database contains only the limited abuse-prevention records described above.
To ask about information you have shared, correct your contact details, or request deletion of an inquiry, email contact@brelyx.com. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing projects, legitimate recordkeeping, or applicable legal requirements. Requests are considered in light of those needs and any rights provided by applicable law.
External websites
Links to Instagram, geographic data sources, and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy covers the Brelyx website and its inquiry tools; review an external service’s policy when you visit it.

This policy may be updated as the website or its services change. The date above identifies the latest version.
